Description

The invention of bronze made metal knives possible. Copper won’t hold an edge, so Copper Age “weapons” are almost always ceremonial. Even so, bronze is not all that durable.

In acient times the region north of Macedon was Thrace, which had an unknown northern border. Bronze came to the region before horses.
