Description
I don’t run into many old things with old auction tickets on them.
There were humans living in Britain in early paleolithic times, perhaps as early as 900,000 BC. Successive waves of visitors from the European continent stayed and formed communities. The neolithic period saw a proliferation of stone tool types. Stone tools were made and used well into the iron age. Bronze and iron cost money. Stones were everywhere.
Over the decades I’ve been selling collectibles my market has been about 97% coins, 2% paper money, 1% everything else.
