Description
Kutch is a district of Gujarat state in western India. In ancient times it was Saurashtra. Bhuj is the capital city. The political succession was Magadha, Maurya, Indo-Greek, Indo-Scythian, Western Satraps, Maitrakas, Charans, Kathis, Chavdas, Chalukyas, Vaghelas, and Jadehas, The three Jadehas were consolidated by Khengarji I, 1510-1585. His dynasty ruled until Indian independence in 1947.
